Third 8 Forum

Phil Smart Sr. has a theory. He believes that each day is divided into three sets of eight hours. There’s eight hours to sleep, there’s eight hours to work, and there’s a “third eight” hours. He figures, "If each one of us will give just a portion of our third eight hours, we'll change the world."
