Associate Partner
A career with MVP starts at the Associate Partner (AP) level. The AP position is open to candidates with outstanding interpersonal skills and successful professional experience. Typically, these are demonstrated by your professional achievements and academic background.
An AP works in two of our three divisions: Enterprise Solutions and Human Development.
The mission of an AP is business development. A typical day will include prospecting, setting appointments, client interviews and client management.
Your secondary mission is your involvement in our unparalleled business development training program. We expect and prepare all APs to become Senior Partners (SPs) within the first year.
At MVP, promotion is based entirely on merit. We conduct regular reviews to evaluate performance and give constructive feedback to enable you to grow professionally. Your Managing Partner will act as your formal mentor. You will also have the opportunity to learn from the colleagues on your team.
Senior Partner
After achieving the performance standard and the MVP credential, you will be promoted to Senior Partner (SP).
An SP works in all three divisions: Leadership Advisory, Enterprise Solutions and Human Development. The mission of a SP is very similar to that of an AP. However, achieving the performance standard and the MVP credential provides a valid and reliable measure of consulting proficiency and expertise to become involved in deeper and higher level client interactions.
Managing Partner
Managing Partners (MPs) are often promoted from within the firm. However, we may invite an exceptional professional to join MVP at the managing partner level if they have demonstrated success in managing a team within industry or consulting.
The mission of every managing partner is to take care of the day-to-day management of 25 SPs and APs. The MP is responsible for the professional development and performance of the team. He/she reports to the VP.
Vice President
Very few are invited to join MVP at the vice-president level. Vice-Presidents (VPs) are MVP’s acknowledged experts in one or more practice areas, with a proven track record of achieving sustainable results.
A VPs mission is to play a fundamental role internally by overseeing our managing partners, training, recruiting and mentoring. Furthermore, he/she contributes to the growth of the firm externally by delivering The C-WELL Solution™ to top management through our Leadership Advisory Division.
