The application process at MVP is the same for all applicants.
Step 1
The initial decision to interview is made on the basis of your resume and cover letter. We are looking for outstanding accomplishments, relevant experience, and for leadership characteristics.
If you want to be a transformist, please send your resume and cover letter in MS Word format directly to recruiting@mvpconsulting.net.
Step 2
If your profile is a good fit, we will invite you to a first-round interview with our Director of Recruiting. Prior to the interview, we will request that you complete a career application.
If the interviewer is convinced that your qualifications meet our specific needs, you will have a second-round interview with a Managing Partner. The final interview that determines your acceptance into the firm is a third-round interview with a Vice-President.
Our 3-step interview process gives us a chance to get to know each other better. The interviewers will use both traditional and nontraditional resume questions and discuss your personal and business agenda to gain an understanding of your interest in MVP.
You can expect a decision within 3 business days of the third interview.
Step 3
Make plans to attend the next 4-Day Intensive. A Managing Partner will contact you to discuss the details.
